📋 Description
• lead fundraising strategy, donor pipeline, and revenue growth efforts • design, lead, and evaluate comprehensive fundraising campaigns • manage and grow a strategic fundraising pipeline • oversee grant proposals, reports, and donor communications • directly manage the Director of Partnerships & Regional Research
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in nonprofit development • proven fundraising track record • experience securing major gifts, foundation grants, and institutional contributions • designed and executed multi-year fundraising strategies • relationship-building with high-capacity donors and institutional funders • strong communication skills for proposals and donor communications • data-informed decision-making using CRM tools • 2+ years of staff management experience • genuine commitment to educational equity
