📋 Description

• You are empowered to influence our marketing outreach initiatives by building and utilizing your robust models. • Take ownership of a rich library of machine learning tools and enjoy authority to continue to research efficient and effective strategies. • Access a deep set of applications, bureau, web, and alternative data to gain insights and convert these insights into actionable outreach strategies and models. • Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines including data extraction, feature engineering, model building, performance evaluation, and implementation. • Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to deliver self-service tools they can leverage to make optimal marketing decisions for the business • Leverage modern suite of AI applications to optimize your workflow and help push the company forward

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD degree in quantitative fields, preferably in mathematics, Statistics, or data science, is preferred. • 2+ years of experience delivering production ML/AI models • You should have a solid foundational understanding of the technical aspects of Data Science, including proficiency in statistics, machine-learning techniques, and the ability to obtain and utilize big data (both structured and unstructured). • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (i.e. GPT, Claude, Gemini) to upskill and for use in process improvements. • Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, and adaptive models a plus. • Be confident and willing to challenge status quo but also willing to concede and execute other’s ideas when necessary • Comfortable working in cloud-based compute systems (AWS), and intermediate to advanced experience with SQL and Python including it’s machine-learning libraries (panda, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc). • Enjoy a culture rich in direct communication, no politics, continual learning where we celebrate success and have fun too.
