📋 Description

• Contact Spanish Preferred Leads interested in enrolling in the credit repair/consulting program. • Conduct introduction calls for Spanish Preferred Clients to revisit key topics covered in the enrollment call. • Ensure Spanish-speaking clients submit the necessary documentation to begin the program. • Provide 75-day progress updates to Spanish Preferred Clients. • Handle inbound calls from Spanish and English-speaking clients regarding credit repair inquiries. • Make outbound calls to follow up on admin holds and old/canceled clients (Spanish and English-speaking). • Process cancellation requests for Spanish-speaking clients only.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English – verbal and written). • Prior experience in customer service, credit repair, or financial consulting is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software and phone systems.
