📋 Description

• Communicating with candidates or employers about openings, hiring events • Calling candidates to schedule interviews/screening them, and coordinating (70% of the responsibility) • Collaborating with candidates or employers, and other team members on positions and skill sets • Delegating tasks to appropriate team members • Managing deadlines and progress to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget • Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can't be produced in-house • Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users • Conducting employment-related research and assisting recruitment team with sourcing of qualified candidates • Referring appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor • Participating in job fairs, community activities, and public recruitment-related events • Developing and maintaining knowledge of recruitment, employment, HR policies, practices, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field • Former customer / call center service experience • Understanding the sales process and dynamics • Commitment to excellent customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business Level English) • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both candidates quickly • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
