They place emphasis on deep industry knowledge (online and crypto casinos, sweepstakes, mystery boxes, B2B SaaS, and FinTech) and operate globally with hybrid and fully remote roles.

📋 Description

• Lead targeted influencer outreach, identifying the perfect voices to hype our unique auction experience • Negotiate and onboard everyone from hungry micro-influencers (~50k followers) to massive internet titans (1M+ followers) • Take charge of affiliate platforms, ensuring offers are competitive, visible, and driving high-quality traffic • Manage creator relationships, ensuring they have the assets, support, and motivation to perform • Track, measure, and optimize, monitoring conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and traffic quality to ensure every partnership delivers massive ROI • Jump into ad hoc partner management tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of finding, pitching, and negotiating with influencers across the spectrum within high-risk industries • Familiarity with the US culture and landscape - your main target • Exceptional people skills - you know how to talk to talent, manage egos, and build genuine hype • Data drive! • Experience managing large-scale affiliate networks and platforms • The grit and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup, starting as an executor with the ambition to eventually build out your own team.
