âą Own paid social strategy with a heavy, aggressive focus on Meta, while expanding our footprint across Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. âą Leverage your experience in high-risk verticals to keep ads live, compliant, and converting for high-risk products/services. âą Use your deep e-commerce and marketplace experience to drive massive user acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment. âą Run relentless A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to find the winning formulas.
đŻ Requirements
âą Battle-tested experience managing large budgets on Meta (priority) and other major social networks. âą A proven track record of scaling campaigns in high-risk verticals - you know the workarounds, the policies, and how to survive an ad account review. âą Deep expertise in e-commerce or marketplace advertising. âą The adaptability to thrive in a chaotic, fast-growing startup where you execute today and build the strategy for tomorrow.
