📋 Description
• Calculate customer contracts in accordance with HGB and IFRS, record contracts in SAP R/3 SD, and recognize revenue in the appropriate accounting periods • Prepare and send customer invoices in coordination with Sales and Controlling • Generate license keys for the Beta Systems products licensed to each customer and regularly review the agreed scope of use • Serve as the point of contact for revenue-, order- and customer-related inquiries • Prepare reports and analyses for Sales, Accounting and Controlling • Monitor customer payments and support the dunning/collections process • Maintain master data in SAP and assist with the further development and customization of the SAP system
🎯 Requirements
• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Knowledge of accounts receivable accounting • Some professional experience in a comparable position • Basic knowledge of contract law • User-level skills in MS Office (Excel) and SAP • Good written and spoken German and English • Service-oriented, careful and independent working style
