📋 Description

• Technical point of contact for enterprise customers across various industries • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Development • Analyze complex customer environments, identify automation opportunities and design solutions • Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical workshops • Support the sales process, particularly by preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs • Ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with Support, R&D, Product Management and Sales • Provide structured customer feedback for the continuous improvement of solutions • Continuously update knowledge of IT trends and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, in technical presales, consulting or technical sales within enterprise software environments • Experience with APIs, REST integrations and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or shell scripting • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Good understanding of IT architectures, including networking, servers, databases and cloud environments • Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Unix, Linux and Windows, as well as IT security and basic data warehousing and business intelligence concepts • Deep technical expertise in Automic, Control-M or Airflow, including architecture, agents, APIs and integrations, is a plus • Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace or Datadog is also an advantage • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Confident presentation skills and the ability to present complex content clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
