📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between business/domain stakeholders and AI engineering teams • Translate requirements into product scope, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria • Own and prioritize the product backlog • Balance business requirements, AI capabilities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines • Define and manage AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, source referencing, citation validation, and hallucination control • Lead the design and mapping of document review workflows, business rules, and framework criteria • Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and domain specialists • Deliver Intelligent Document Processing and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions • Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Microsoft Power Platform • Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and delivery quality • Manage stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or similar role • Significant experience in AI/ML product management • Proven experience delivering AI, Generative AI/LLM, IDP, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions • Strong hands-on product management experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery • Experience translating complex business requirements into prioritized product scope, user stories, workflows, and technical requirements • Experience with OCR, document analysis, compliance/regulatory workflows, or knowledge-intensive business processes is highly desirable • Experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, or Consultant for enterprise digital transformation or RegTech initiatives is nice to have • Experience working with domain specialists to automate manual workflows using rules, constraints, and AI-assisted processes is nice to have • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform is nice to have • Candidates must be based outside the Philippines • Must align with Manila business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time • Must align with the client’s business calendar and holidays
