📋 Description

• Design and lead end-to-end enterprise solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. • Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive sprint execution, backlog management, and team delivery. • Serve as the key problem-solver for project risks, blockers, and technical challenges. • Guide development teams on architecture best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks. • Drive DevOps and CI/CD adoption to improve delivery efficiency. • Manage technical documentation, deployment plans, security compliance, and disaster recovery plans. • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives and support continuous innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field. • 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and solution architecture. • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. • 3+ years in a dual role as Solutions Architect and Scrum Master in agile environments. • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks. • Experience in AI implementation/integration is highly preferred. • Knowledge of GIS platforms and ITIL v4 is a plus. • Agile and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous.
