• Collaborate closely with Homeowners, Sales Representatives, and our Operations team to facilitate the smooth progression of projects. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales and solar installation process to adeptly address inquiries and concerns. • Serve as a conduit of information between the project team, sales, and customer service departments, providing regular updates on project statuses. • Proactively engage with the Operations team to mitigate potential obstacles and ensure the seamless advancement of projects. • Cultivate a collaborative work environment that fosters open communication, proactive problem-solving, and timely resolution of project-related issues. • Manage and handle all issues related to your projects to ensure company standards and client expectations are met.
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in customer service roles. • Proficiency in utilizing essential tools such as Slack, GSuite, CRMs, and Zoom. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. • Previous experience within the solar industry, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.(preferred)
