📋 Description

• Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile app • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Create clear and detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production. • Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and resolving day-to-day challenges. • Structure, organize, and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and Figma. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets product and business standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content project management within a commercial company or a non-profit organization. • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including task management, brief creation, and deadline tracking. • Strong systems thinking with the ability to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and understand dependencies across projects. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and proactively solve problems. • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence. • Understanding of the health, fitness, and active lifestyle industry.
