📋 Description
• Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers • Monitoring performance of suppliers by assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards governing supply chain activities • Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices • Identifying optimal shipment and transportation routes • Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field • 3+ years as global supply chain manager • Proven experience in international logistics, particularly in China–USA and China–Europe transportation • Experience working with B2C products • English level - Upper Intermediate • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items • Understanding of accounting or finance • Must be able to comprehend legal documents • Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
