• Own and manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to contract execution • Proactively generate pipeline through phone, email, and social selling strategies • Lead discovery conversations to understand institutional needs and challenges • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations with authenticity and confidence • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using HubSpot • Represent BetterMynd with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of B2B sales experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build rapport with senior-level administrators (Director level and above) • Strong discovery, listening, and problem-solving skills • Experience selling into higher education (Preferred) • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes (Preferred) • Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS solutions (Preferred) • Demonstrated track record of sales achievement (e.g., quotas, rankings, certifications) (Preferred)
