📋 Description

• Implement product data onboarding processes and integrate retail media platform • Integrate marketplace and retail media platform into BAUHAUS e-commerce system • Work closely with Product Owner to design and develop the digital partner platform • Design future-proof architectures and platforms in alignment with BAUHAUS strategic goals • Lead and empower a team of software engineers through coaching and code reviews • Collaborate with other product teams to ensure integrative architecture • Actively contribute to Tech Lead community and help shape ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT Specialist) with several years of professional work experience • At least two years of relevant work experience as Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Manager • Very good knowledge of Golang • Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) • Experience in API design • Experience with cloud native infrastructure (GCP) • Knowledge in TypeScript is an advantage • Experience integrating SaaS solutions and internal GCP solutions • Empathic team player with strong people and communication skills and ability to take responsibility • Very good knowledge of English; ideally good knowledge of German
