📋 Description

• Support recruiting of new team members across all areas • Manage employee development and all other HR-related matters • Improve HR processes, e.g., onboarding and employee feedback • Implement an HR management software • Identify HR trends and derive concrete, actionable measures • Operational personnel administration, e.g., leave requests, company bike schemes (Jobrad), team events, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, communications, or social sciences, or a comparable completed vocational qualification • Several years of experience in operational HR (ideally in a start-up environment) and knowledge of employment law • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle conflicts, and a hands-on mentality • Confident user of MS Office or G Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Fluent in German; business-fluent in English
