📋 Description

• Point of contact for customers for all day-to-day inquiries • Coordination of special customer requests and requirements • Support for sales and planning/dispatch teams in resolving customer inquiries • Incident management and customer-focused resolution of service disruptions • Assist in the development, optimization, and automation of processes, contributing your own ideas and experience

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a related degree • 3–5 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles • Experience in the construction or logistics industry is desirable • Friendly, reliable manner and excellent communication skills • Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented approach, and strong customer focus • Fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills desirable
