📋 Description

• Impact the Future of Tech Consulting with Beyond Cloud Consulting. • Beyond Cloud is an Award-Winning Alliance Partner with Oracle NetSuite focused on transforming business through implementation of NetSuite's ERP. • Since our founding in 2019, we’ve excelled and earned prestigious awards including "Alliance Partner of the Year" twice. • We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team focusing on managing and enhancing the NetSuite product suite. • You will drive the solutioning, development, and evolution of our product functionalities in NetSuite, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. • This is a remote position; you must be based in India and comfortable working 9-5pm EST (night shift).

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2-3 years focused on NetSuite or similar ERP systems. • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of NetSuite ERP system, including modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement. Experience working with cloud-based ERP solutions. Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for enterprise software. • Product Management Skills: Strong experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Proficient in writing user stories, creating product roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on business impact. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Strong communication and leadership skills. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with product analytics tools and customer feedback management. • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and pain points and translate them into actionable product features. Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
