📋 Description

• Cold call restaurant owners to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives • Run high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, follow-ups, and tasks • Position value quickly and confidently in fast-paced conversations • Handle objections and earn commitment from busy decision-makers • Maintain clean activity, notes, and outcomes in Salesforce • Meet daily execution standards for dials, talk time, connects, and meetings set • Continuously improve through call coaching, QA, and performance feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to work swing shift from 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM • Enjoy cold calling and live sales conversations • Want to build real sales skill, including objection handling, conversation control, and closing for next steps • Comfortable with rejection, pressure, and accountability • Energy, urgency, and coachability • Track performance numbers and take pride in performance • SDR / BDR experience OR high-drive entry-level sales talent • Experience in outbound, call-center, SMB, or high-velocity sales is a plus • Restaurant, hospitality, or local business exposure is helpful but not required
