📋 Description

• Designing and executing the strategy for DG campaigns focusing on both our professional and SMB audiences, using a mix of broad based and Account-Based Marketing tactics. • Leading the team to execute on developing and optimizing compelling, high-impact campaigns programs across digital channels (social, website, email, search, webinars, etc.) and in-person channels (sponsored events, field marketing, etc.) • Translating data, customer insights, and campaign performance into recommendations that continuously improve program performance through rigorous testing • Establishing operating model with regional sales teams to deliver consistent demand generation programs in global markets • Recommending the appropriate account targets, messaging, value propositions, creatives, content, and collateral to increase penetration with target accounts and generate pipeline / opportunities for all global sales teams • Working with marketing and operations leadership to shape and execute the personalization strategy for campaigns and messaging across all audiences and geographies, using innovative AI solutions • Planning, managing, and optimizing spend for annual demand generation budget to support funnel growth and pipeline velocity for global demand • Establishing key performance indicators for demand generation team to track, measure, and optimize funnel performance across multiple in-person and digital channels • Collaborating with key stakeholders in cross functional groups to gain alignment and buy-in for ongoing plans of the business unit – including leadership in Sales, Operations, and Customer Success – and actively share business and marketing strategy with those stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with an emphasis on B2B demand generation (preferably in the technology industry) with at least 5 years in a leadership role • Competency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Automation, PLG, activation, and personalization. • Strong track record of driving demand generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue. • Deep experience with top MarTech platforms and/or tools and how to best leverage to better reach targeted enterprise accounts and buyers • Located in Spain, Portugal or the UK
