📋 Description
• Reviewing and address questions from external and internal contacts. • Assist in supporting provisioning requests and testing as needed for pilot projects while assisting in monitoring compliance and data integrity. • Strong attention to detail in tracking budgets and spend, logging all interactions and completing processes using the clients tools. • Communicate with stakeholders and cross-organizational teams. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, specialist, or related position • Previous experience working at Microsoft required – preferably 3 to 5 years • Previous experience with communicating with all levels of stakeholders, clients, and team members. • Proficient in MS Office • Fluent in English both written and verbal is required • Familiar with designing/managing process flows • Adept at building process documentation • Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
