📋 Description
• Deal Triage & Structuring: Rapidly assess nonstandard asks, propose compliant structures, and write decision memos. • Contract & Legal Workback: Drive redlines to closure, ensure policy-aligned language, and document exceptions/approvals. • Agile Program Leadership: Manage standups, Kanban, and deal checklists. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Engage teams and approvers to unblock deals. • Automation & AI: Build automations and Copilot prompts to speed analysis and documentation. • Global & Regulated Market Readiness: Anticipate regulatory needs. • Risk & Quality: Proactively manage risks and uphold Ethical Sales practices. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Recent Microsoft licensing experience (Unified Support Services preferred) • College degree in Business & 10 years’ experience as either a Program Manager, Commercial Executive or Deal Manager • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English • Hands-on experience with tools: Power BI, O365, Copilot, Power Automate, Power Flows • Strong business acumen with financial/data analysis skills • Led cross-geo initiatives with cross-functional teams • Experience with Sales support, approval/exception flows and clause libraries • A self-starter who can project manage a complex deal with little oversight needed • Someone who can bring insights, not observations to the greater team for resolution
