📋 Description

• Handle the technical elements of the sales process through customer requirement discovery and product positioning • Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and recommendations to prospects and customers • Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews • Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals/Information • Represent BeyondTrust at trade shows, seminars, and other company events • Use sales and marketing applications such as Salesforce, Confluence, and Skytap • Support technical product evaluations, including developing Proof-of-Concept Success Plans • Provide support for BeyondTrust partners • Continue developing BeyondTrust product and industry knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field • 2+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer and/or support engineer in privileged access management or an adjacent enterprise application such as IAM, SIEM, ITDR, etc. • 3+ years of experience working for global software vendors • Ability to highlight product differentiators against competitors • Prior experience presenting security products at trade shows and security conferences • Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, etc. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% • Working knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH • Building, supporting, and selling security solutions experience preferred • Experience with BeyondTrust products • DevOps experience
