📋 Description

• Responsible for Italian customers and all communication • Introduce innovating payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries • Responsible for the training of operational managers • Identify and eliminate possible “stumbling blocks” in onboarding projects • In charge of upgrading solutions for existing clients • Help to continuously improve products and processes via customer proximity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management • Structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations • Clear and confident communication at C-level • Willingness to travel to customers • Native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English • Experience in the automotive or software environment is a plus
