• You coordinate our partners (e.g., payment service providers and sales partners) and resolve issues independently • You work closely with Logistics and Customer Success and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks • You free up the executive team and take full ownership of operational tasks • You bring structure when things become unclear and drive initiatives to completion • You take on escalation cases and resolve them pragmatically
• You have experience in Operations, Business Development, or a comparable role • You don’t get flustered, even when multiple topics are active at once • You work independently and don’t need step-by-step instructions for every task • You follow through on issues, even when they become difficult • You communicate clearly and can assertively request what you need • You have a good sense for numbers and an understanding of how things are connected • You want to take responsibility rather than just support others • Experience in payments or POS is a plus but not required • Very good German language skills
