📋 Description

• Cultivating and managing key relationships with transplant administration • Negotiating contract agreements • Educating stakeholders on LBE offerings • Supporting managed care initiatives for patient access • Managing relationships with transplant administration organizations • Developing and executing strategic plans for payer objectives • Conducting regular meetings with transplant hospital stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • 10+ years of relevant experience in organ operations or healthcare services with a focus on payer access, reimbursement, and stakeholder engagement • 5+ years of related transplant administration experience, including managed care, marketing, and business case development • Executive level business presentation experience • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships • Demonstrated expertise in transplant reimbursement dynamics, including Medicare cost reporting and payer contracting • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
