📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and Microsoft 365. • Create and configure Copilot Studio agents, including workflows, prompts, instructions, skills, custom connectors, and handoff experiences. • Develop integrations with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and other enterprise platforms. • Apply large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge grounding approaches to enhance agent performance, accuracy, and reliability. • Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, implementation strategies, and platform best practices. • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and deliver impactful AI and automation solutions. • Support solution testing, debugging, documentation, maintenance, and continuous optimization. • Stay current with the latest advancements across Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, AI Developer, Chatbot Developer, Technical Consultant, or Power Platform Specialist, ideally within Microsoft-based environments. • Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. • Working knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar, primarily for custom development, integrations, and automation. • Strong interest in or practical experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent business automation. • Basic understanding of APIs, web services, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise system integrations. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
