• Recepcionar llamadas de usuarios que cuentan con un servicio CLARO • Brindar una adecuada atención y orientación al cliente • Realizar gestión comercial durante la atención • Trabajar desde casa en turnos semifull o part time, AM o PM • Cumplir un descanso rotativo de 1 día a la semana

🎯 Requirements

• 3 meses de experiencia en Call Center • PC o Laptop Windows 10 • 8 GB de RAM • Internet cableado mínimo 50 Mbps • Audífono con entrada USB • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% remoto y en turno PM • Educación Secundaria
