• Gestionar llamadas de salida para ofrecer servicios de telefonía, fibra e internet de Vodafone España. • Identificar las necesidades del cliente. • Asesorar sobre los productos disponibles. • Concretar ventas mediante técnicas de negociación y cierre. • Cumplir los objetivos e indicadores de la campaña.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en call center. • Contar con herramientas ya sea pc o lapto. • Tener disponibilidad para trabajar en dos horarios. • Contar con certificación.
