• Contactar a clientes con el fin de aumentar su plan móvil y ofrecer línea adicional • Ofrecer mejores beneficios y ofertas para aumentar el plan móvil y brindar líneas adicionales • Gestionar de lunes a sábado, con descanso fijo los domingos • Elegir horario full time de 09:00 a 18:00 o uno de los horarios semi full disponibles

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia en call center ventas, retenciones, atención al cliente, entre otros; mínimo 3 meses • Secundaria completa o estudios técnicos y/o universitarios en curso o culminados • Conocimientos en Microsoft Office nivel usuario • Orientación al cliente • Comunicación efectiva • Capacidad de negociación
