📋 Description

• Contactar a clientes potenciales mediante llamadas telefónicas • Ofrecer préstamos, créditos y otros productos financieros de Alfin Banco • Identificar las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer la alternativa financiera correspondiente • Realizar seguimiento a clientes interesados para incrementar la conversión y cierre de ventas • Participar en una capacitación de dos días

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en Call Center • Experiencia en rubro financiero, seguros o tarjetas • Vacantes para Lima y provincia • PC o laptop • Windows 10/11 • Procesador Core i3 de 5.ª generación o equivalente en adelante • Mínimo 8 GB de RAM • Internet cableado mínimo de 50 Mbps • Audífonos con entrada USB • Cámara encendida durante la capacitación • Declaración jurada de identidad • Educación secundaria
