• Assist in reviewing daily funding requirements and reimbursements; oversee the team in the Philippines, including reviewing and processing contractor invoices with cost analysis and reimbursement validation. • Update property assignments and evaluate performance of the accounting team. • Co-lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations; propose and identify process enhancements; co-manage implementation upon approval by the Senior Managing Director. • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use. • Help organize and facilitate training sessions, onboarding and outboarding activities. • Provide high-level accounting and administrative support to the Head of Accounting Operations in the Philippines. • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of Accounting Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required. • Latin honors (cum laude, magna cum laude, summa cum laude) required. • At least 10 years of audit / accounting experience with one of the Big 4 accounting firms with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must possess strong work ethic. • Must be a team player.
