âą Maintain and improve large-scale data pipelines and backend systems âą Ensure high availability and performance across multiple microservices âą Build tools to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response âą Take ownership of production systems âą Work closely with founders / global teams to solve critical engineering problems âą Contribute to backend features with a strong focus on scalability and reliability
đŻ Requirements
âą 8+ years in software engineering âą 5+ years in backend engineering or SRE roles âą Strong experience in distributed systems and microservices âą Proficiency in at least two: C# (.NET Core), Python, Node.js with TypeScript âą Experience with AWS (Kinesis, DynamoDB preferred) âą Strong debugging and system-level thinking
