📋 Description

• Maintain and improve large-scale data pipelines and backend systems • Ensure high availability and performance across multiple microservices • Build tools to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response • Take ownership of production systems • Work closely with founders / global teams to solve critical engineering problems • Contribute to backend features with a strong focus on scalability and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering • 5+ years in backend engineering or SRE roles • Strong experience in distributed systems and microservices • Proficiency in at least two: C# (.NET Core), Python, Node.js with TypeScript • Experience with AWS (Kinesis, DynamoDB preferred) • Strong debugging and system-level thinking
