🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams • Proven experience managing remote and distributed engineering teams • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience developing engineers at different career stages • Experience working in dynamic startup environments with rapid growth and changing priorities • Deep understanding of full-stack development and modern web architectures • Hands-on experience with healthcare product development and understanding of healthcare workflows, especially around Ordering and Observations • Knowledge of healthcare integration standards including FHIR, HL7, and related protocols and message types • Experience with EMRs, such as Epic, Cerner, eCW, Athena, etc. • Understanding of healthcare data concepts such as orders, claims, eligibility, and patient records • Experience with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.) • Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as v0.dev, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Cursor, and similar platforms • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools like n8n • Passion for exploring and implementing emerging technologies to enhance team productivity
