📋 Description

• Edit, color-correct, and optimize engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, using mobile-first tools like CapCut or the like. • Design or edit premium, cohesive photo assets, multi-slide carousel posts, and graphics utilizing Canva and other digital design tools to support the brand's aesthetic direction. • Conceptualize, craft, and post daily Instagram Stories that dive deep into the creator’s niche (mindset, wellness, relationships, and self-growth), fostering immediate daily connection with the community. • Program, format, and execute a high-volume testing strategy by publishing exactly three (3) Trial Reels daily across each active Instagram account to locate and scale viral hooks and formats. • Handle end-to-end daily publishing and scheduling across two (2) Instagram accounts, two (2) TikTok accounts, YouTube, and Facebook. • Maintain and structure comprehensive, real-time content calendars and media libraries (Google Drive, Notion, etc.) to ensure seamless multi-channel deployment. • Conduct ongoing daily research on emerging viral sounds, visual trends, platform hooks, and competitor landscapes to keep the brand's content pipeline forward-looking and relevant. • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across all managed profiles in a professional, empathetic, and highly "on-brand" tone. • Assist in building, updating, and managing digital education courses on existing e-learning platforms, aligning curriculum launches with organic social media campaigns. • Assist in the use of ChatGPT and alternative productivity and generative AI tools to streamline copywriting, accelerate brainstorming, and optimize overall operational output.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Marketing, Arts or related fields preferred. • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Expert or Content Creator. • Strong business and branding background. • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience managing and editing high-performing short-form video content specifically optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. • Aesthetic Eye: A basic understanding of female-focused branding and design principles, with an emphasis on BASIC AI-assisted creatives creation. • Basic Proficiency in mobile editing applications (such as CapCut) and design platforms (such as Canva). • Basic AI knowledge with a strong willingness and ability to self-teach and integrate new generative AI tools for content research, draft copywriting, and workflow enhancement. • Possession of a modern computer capable of handling rendering demands and a stable, high-speed internet connection (at least 200-300 MBPS).
