📋 Description

• Ticket Support and Management: Provide customer support via Zendesk and adhere to SLAs. Assist in configuring and maintaining AWS infrastructure environments (ECS, EKS). • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules using Terraform/Ansible under the guidance of senior engineers. • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for the team’s applications. • Monitor applications and infrastructure, responding to low-complexity alerts and incidents. • Support automation of deployment processes and repetitive operational tasks. • Maintain code analysis (SonarQube) and security (ZAP Proxy) tools integrated into pipelines. • Document procedures, runbooks, and configuration changes. • Collaborate with development teams to resolve build, deployment, and environment issues.

🎯 Requirements

Assist in configuring and maintaining AWS infrastructure environments (ECS, EKS). • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) modules using Terraform/Ansible under the guidance of senior engineers. • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for the team’s applications. • Monitor applications and infrastructure, responding to low-complexity alerts and incidents. • Support automation of deployment processes and repetitive operational tasks. • Maintain code analysis (SonarQube) and security (ZAP Proxy) tools integrated into pipelines. • Document procedures, runbooks, and configuration changes. • Collaborate with development teams to resolve build, deployment, and environment issues. • Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, ECS or EKS). • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Crossplane) — experience creating or modifying resources. • Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar). • Familiarity with Linux, command line, and networking concepts (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP). • Knowledge of containers and microservices. • Experience with Kubernetes (including personal labs or coursework). • Basic Git skills (branches, merge requests, conflict resolution). • Willingness to learn and ability to follow technical guidance. • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
