📋 Description

• Support the organization and tracking of new product and improvement projects; • Assist in the preparation, review and updating of technical and functional documentation; • Organize information and support communication between different areas of the company; • Support the mapping and documentation of processes, flows and diagrams; • Assist in analyzing documentation and technical information, identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement; • Participate in meetings to gather requirements and organize project definitions. • Important: This role focuses on supporting product management, not software development.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Languages, Social Communication (with an affinity for technology and processes) or technology-related fields such as Information Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science. • Basic understanding of logic. • Good written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise texts. • Demonstrate an analytical profile and strong logical reasoning. • Ability to understand problems, identify patterns, correlate information and structure solutions in a logical and organized way. • Interest in product management, technology and continuous process improvement. • Basic programming knowledge is considered a plus.
