• Provide commercial and contractual expertise to support the delivery of projects and ensure that they are managed effectively. • Develop and implement commercial frameworks, contracts management, and financial management. • Identify and mitigate project risks. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. • Monitor production tasks to ensure they are within budget, deadline goals, and quality by tracking and monitoring progress. • Lead and combine production of reports at the organization level, including validation and issuance of internal progress reports. • Review and negotiate contract conditions at the tendering stage. • Monitor Internal Reporting and training on internal reporting tools. • Prepare and get approvals for Yearly and Monthly Revenue Simulations for the company. • Prepare Monthly Invoice Form for all projects and submit for approval. • Follow up for interim payment certificate completion with Project Technical Managers. • Keep up-to-date company's production benchmarks by collecting data from all projects. • Prepare letters and correspondence related to commercial matters to the company's clients. • Keep Project Managers informed about commercial and contract matters. • Identify the list of resources allocated monthly for each project for cost allocation purposes. • Request technical reports used for substantiations on commercial claims/variations from the project's Project Technical Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. • Master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a relevant field is a plus • Experience in contracts and commercial management within the construction industry. • Sound knowledge of industry-standard contract forms and relevant legislation and regulations. • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in risk management and financial management. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to coordinate and manage workloads to meet deadlines. • Experience with project management and delivery, as well as solid problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
