• This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Manager at BIMTEC. • The Commercial Manager provides commercial and contractual expertise to support the delivery of projects and ensure that they are managed effectively. • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial frameworks, contracts management, and financial management, as well as identifying and mitigating project risks. • Moreover, the Commercial Manager must ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, as well as undertake any other duties as necessary to support the delivery of projects within the department.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field. • Experience in contracts and commercial management within the construction industry. • Sound knowledge of industry-standard contract forms and relevant legislation and regulations. • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in risk management and financial management. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to coordinate and manage workloads to meet deadlines. • Experience with project management and delivery, as well as solid problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
