• Act as the dedicated Scrum Master for multiple mobile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and agile best practices. • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) efficiently, ensuring maximum value is generated. • Proactively identify, track, and remove organizational and technical impediments that block the team's progress. • Serve as the primary liaison between the development teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders, managing expectations and communication flow. • Drive continuous improvement across the teams, utilizing metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time) to coach the team toward increased productivity and predictability.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, specifically supporting Mobile (iOS/Android) development teams. • Demonstrable expertise in scaling Scrum principles for complex enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of workflow diagraming and documentation tools such as Miro, Confluence and Jira. • Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, facilitation, and teaching/coaching.
