📋 Description

• Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization. • Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner. • Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems. • Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta. • Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform. • Administer and maintain Okta for user lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization. • Configure and customize Slack for team communication and integrate it with other tools. • Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites such as Google. • Jira Service Management for ticketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Working towards or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience with MacOS and Chromebooks. • Familiarity with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace. • Understanding of operating systems, networking, enterprise productivity tools, and identity management. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams. • Proven ability to manage tasks meticulously and ensure accuracy.
