📋 Description
• Lead the ideation, strategy, and execution of AI-powered product initiatives, from concept through delivery and iteration. • Define clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to implement ML/AI solutions. • Develop business cases for new AI features and tools by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and performance metrics. • Establish success criteria, KPIs, and feedback loops to guide product development and continuous improvement. • Ensure AI product features align with compliance and data governance standards, especially in highly regulated environments.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML-based products. • Proven experience shipping AI/ML features in consumer or fintech products. Crypto or Trading experience is a plus. • Strong technical fluency—able to communicate effectively with engineers and data scientists. • Familiarity with model evaluation metrics, prompt engineering, LLMs, MCP, and regulatory considerations for AI. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
