📋 Description
• Answer users' questions and provide timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience • Assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups • Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies • Monitor affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity, compliance, and adherence to company standards • Explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth • Potentially transition into a Business Development or Operations role
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency-related terminology, market trends, and Referral Pro Mode program rules • Ability to work flexible hours across different time zones • Bilingual English/Mandarin fluency required, with strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Mature business experience • Strong ownership mindset and emotional intelligence
