📋 Description

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to convert business requirements into services with solid code and meaningful tests • Proactively initiate performance tuning and troubleshoot incidents • Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation • Write high-quality code, follow best practices, and advocate for engineering excellence • Collaborate across engineering teams and mentor junior team members • Build a large-scale KYC platform for seamless customer onboarding • Launch innovative KYC products and integrate regional and global compliance vendors • Apply AI/ML responsibly while adhering to global and local regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience • Minimum 4 years of professional experience building high-throughput distributed applications • Proficient in core Java and the Spring Framework • Proficient in MySQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL database • Proficient in distributed system design and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles • Ability to learn quickly and perform under pressure • Able to collaborate with a remote team across different time zones • Performance-tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc. (desirable) • Experience in KYC or Compliance is a plus (desirable)
