• Manage and organise online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region with a focus on Levant markets • Engage with the community on various social media channels and create content to build and maintain relationships • Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management • Promote the Binance brand and provide excellent customer service to community members • Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Arabic, English & French speaking markets • Explore new community-friendly platforms to expand the local user base and awareness • Assist on moderating regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups to increase positive engagement • Share market and user feedback and suggestions with relevant functional teams
🎯 Requirements
• Crypto & Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance’s products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT etc.) • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT etc.) • Relevant experience creating and curating content for our social media platforms • Familiarity with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord • Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets • Execution oriented mindset with humility, drive, and scrappiness • Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence • Experience launching community initiatives (online forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters) • Ability to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community • Fluency in English & Arabic
