📋 Description

• Support multiple regulatory exams and external audits and prepare for on-site exams for Binance’s licensed jurisdictions • Provide a standardized exam and audit framework for each country and support local teams with data requests and presentations • Understand applicable regulatory requirements to ensure internal/external audits identify potential control gaps and non-compliance • Support global and local compliance teams in keeping policies and procedures up to date and aligned with the internal governance framework • Assist in driving key compliance initiatives to completion through cross-functional collaboration • Prepare regular status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and management updates • Track regulator and auditor recommendations and actions globally until resolution • Perform validation and assurance on issue closures • Maintain a standardized audit and regulatory issue management framework covering engagements, metrics, planning processes, and remediations • Work closely with Compliance Leaders, Audit, Legal, Product, and Business Lines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years compliance audit and/or advisory experience • Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization while maintaining close contact with relevant teams across multiple locations • Excellent problem solving, communication and written skills with ability to articulate complex concepts for a diverse audience • Strong project management skills and ability to create external facing material with internal stakeholders • Proactive and diligent teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills • Highly organized and capable of dealing with complex projects • Bachelor degree or international equivalent • Proficiency in English, with strong speaking and writing skills, is essential • Experience gained from crypto/fintech is preferred • Exposure to AI technologies and a basic understanding of their applications is preferred
