🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry • College degree or above • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders. • Previous experience with cross-functional support will be advantageous • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; Have a sense of responsibility and spirit of as a team • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and aim to exceed beyond expectations • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts • Positive about the crypto industry
