• Handle high volume live chat and other online tools • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution • Go the extra mile to engage customers • Provide support via ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes • Advocate for customers, gather feedback, and help ensure exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry • College degree or above • Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is required for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders. • Previous experience with cross-functional support will be advantageous • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; Have a sense of responsibility and spirit of as a team • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and aim to exceed beyond expectations • Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts • Positive about the crypto industry
