📋 Description

• Grow the affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media, and influencers • Negotiate, onboard, and complete paperwork for affiliates as needed • Manage key accounts through regular affiliate communication and performance analysis • Recommend ways for affiliates to improve performance • Create and execute promotional campaigns focused on ROI • Build reports using internal data and optimize overall affiliate channel performance • Monitor competitors and adjust strategy accordingly • Detect fraud, identify new scam schemes, and uncover partner manipulation • Collaborate with internal departments to provide affiliates with necessary assets and tools • Collaborate with developers to enhance systems and interfaces and resolve issues • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing data • Deliver exceptional value while competing for top affiliates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space • A business development background is a plus • Understanding of the crypto space • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders • Additional languages would be an advantage • Proficiency in using in-house tools • Ability to quickly learn and collaborate with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and analyze existing data • Submit a brief cover letter analyzing the current affiliate program and outlining next steps to expand the affiliate channel • Complete a complex test challenge following the initial interview
