📋 Description

• Own the Full Growth Funnel • Drive performance across: • - Acquisition (new users) • - Activation (KYC → first trade) • - Retention (repeat usage) • Identify drop-offs and optimize conversion at every stage • Build and continuously refine AU-specific growth playbooks • Manage and optimize key channels: • - Paid media (Google, Meta, programmatic) • - Affiliates & referral programs • - SEO / landing page optimization • Work closely with global teams to adapt strategies to AU constraints • Focus on quality users, not just volume • Design campaigns that drive growth while staying within: • - Regulatory requirements • - Internal compliance guidelines • Develop localized messaging that builds trust and credibility • Own key growth metrics: • - CAC • - Conversion rates (KYC, first trade) • - Retention / activity rates • Run structured experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization) • Translate data into clear, actionable insights • Work closely with: • - Product teams (UX, onboarding flows) • - PR & brand (message alignment) • - Community & events (offline → online conversion) • Ensure growth efforts are fully integrated, not siloed • Develop deep understanding of: • - Australian user behavior • - Competitive landscape (local exchanges, fintech apps) • - Banking/payment constraints • Be the local voice of the user in growth decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing • Strong experience in Australia market • Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech companies preferred • Proven ability to manage full-funnel growth, not just top-of-funnel • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with data, dashboards, attribution) • Hands-on experience with paid media & growth tools • Understanding of conversion optimization & user psychology • Ability to balance short-term performance vs long-term brand • Pragmatic, not hype-driven • Thinks in systems and scalable growth loops • Strong judgment in a regulated / sensitive environment • Comfortable operating with constraints and ambiguity • High ownership — acts like a business owner, not a channel manager
